Teamwork is crucial for what we challenge here at Parkyeri. Both individuals and teams have goals to be challenged in a given time-frame. Employees' desires and skills are taken into account setting up the teams and deciding on those periodic goals.
All our employees can attend to education programs in any related field to theirs. We encourage personal development by allocating each employee a so-called "education quota". Besides, we spare a monthly budget for our corporate library. Employees can request books related to their jobs, in accordance with their needs and interests.
